3.5 rounding up to 4. Showed up with no reservation. No one answered the phone when I called either. Quoted around 30-40 min wait. Ended up getting sat within 15 minutes. Two of us ordered Signature A. Essentially only one meat (which was good). Wish there was more variety in the combo. A lot of crab based items (like sides and soup)..allergic so I didn't touch them. Auto 20% suggested as the default. Staff could be a bit more attentive on the sides / drinks. Nice ambiance inside.

Great $60 for 2 lunch deal where you can pick 2 from kimchi jige, denjang jige, soon dubu, nengmyun, and bibimbop, and 1 from bulgogi, jumulok, samgyupsal. Their fermented bean stew isn't as good as Jang Su Jang, but their cold noodle is better than 10 Butcher's and their lunch is a better deal. They cook the meat for you, but turn the fire off afterwards which makes the meat get cold. Also, the lunch deal didn't come with rice, lettuce leaves, gochuhang, or salt, but it did come with an onion salad with a few pieces of lettuce. The small appetizer jook/congee, the bahn chan, and the sweet cold dessert drink at the end were nice touches.

Criminally underrated spot. This place was really amazing, from start to finish. The ambiance is amazing: chic, modern, and clean. The food was unbeatable, one of the highest quality Korean meals I've had in a long time. The barbecue dishes were perfectly cooked and flavored. The japchae was the best I've ever had, would strongly recommend it! The seafood pancake was quite good too. The fermented crab didn't quite do it for me, but that was a personal preference. Would absolutely return!

Outstanding Korean BBQ Experience! Chungdam Korean BBQ is hands-down one of the best K-BBQ spots around! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home β€” super welcoming and attentive the whole time. The atmosphere is modern and clean, with great ventilation so you don’t walk out smelling like smoke ( we had a private room). The quality of the meat is incredible. Every cut was tender, flavorful, and grilled to perfection right at our table. The wagyu brisket and marinated short ribs were absolutely amazing. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh, tasty, and kept coming, and their sauces paired perfectly with the meat. The marinade crab definitely worth mentioning here as well. Service was top-notch β€” the team checked on us often, swapped out grills quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and it’s worth every penny. If you’re looking for high-quality Korean BBQ with great service and a comfortable atmosphere, Chungdam Korean BBQ is the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

It was a great experience. They have nice interior. We went for barbecue grill. We ordered Ala carte meats. The meat quality was excellent. They have amazing side dishes as well. Like the Korean pancake starter and steamed eggs. They are expensive so you can go for the experience. The service was good and they were helping in cooking the meat. We love the complementary dessert. It was made of pumpkin and rice.
